In the other hand, once your business is established, you might be required certain licenses, or permits in order to be able to actually operate your business. In the transportation business is highly important to stay in track with your permits, for example with the IFTA, when first applying to get the IFTA License, in case you are required to file for it, it's important to do the application correctly, generally it takes a couple months to get a response the first time, if you make a mistake, it will hold you back from starting your operations. And then later, once you get the IFTA permit you have to remember to file them quarterly.
